Nigeria actor, Yomi Fabiyi, seems not to bebrekenting in his efforts yi ensure that princess and all other adults involved in the CCTV footage are brought to book.
The actor still take a stance in ensuring that Princess and co are made to face the law and put behind bars for orchestrating the recording of Baba Ijesha assault video.
The actor believes that Princess action in subjecting her foster daughter to another round of molestation by her rapist is unlawful. Setting up Baba Ijesha and her minor teen in order to obtained an evidence is illegal and inappropriate.
The actor who seems to be knowledgeable in law has been sharing law terms and section tob backup his allegations.
Yomi said that any government official, lawyer, Human rights worker, diplomat, member of the bench, and others who only see the sexual assault done by Baba Ijesha and not the unlawful recording of the assault is a didgrace. To him, anyone who doesn’t seen Princess acts as been illegal and criminal are tragedies to the justice system.
The actor further stated that he has carried out actions to ensure they are brought behind bars. He revealed that he has sent a petition to the office of Lagos State Governorand the speaker of Lagos House of Assembly. He said he would be backing his petition with laws that will be used to indict, arrest and persecute the adults which also includes illegal adoption, since princess didn’t file paper works to legally adopt the victim who she claims to be her foster daughter.
“Any Human Rights NGO, Lawyer, Social Worker, Diplomat, Government Representative, Police, Member of the Bench, Informed Adult etc that see SEXUAL ASSAULT by Baba Ijesha but didn’t see over 7 or more Serious crimes committed by other adults in the CCTV against the child and laws of Nigeria are tragedy to honest justice system, they are uninformed, biased and a threat to peace.
A fight and peaceful protest for full enforcement of the child protection laws, protection of fundamental rights is a battle for the soul of this country.
