Nigeria Media mogul, producer and film maker, Mosunmola Abudu known as Mo Abudu has sent many movie lovers ecstatic as she announced a sequel for her star studded and hit box office movie, Chief Daddy.

The media mogul revealed that production for the sequel is under way  and it would be available exclusively on Netflix.

Mo Abudu took to her page to share a snippet of the BTS production with star actress, Ini Edo and Rachel Oniga.

She wrote:

Good morning beautiful people … No doubt you are all wondering what could be cooking in Chief Daddy 2… I say no more… Chief Daddy 2, Exclusive to Netflix”.

Nigeria actress and producer, Funke Akindele Bello, who is also one of the cast of the movie took to her page to share the good news to her followers.

Sharing a group photo from the set, she wrote:

Good morning my darling Fans!!!! Been working on the set of #chiefdaddy2 with wonderful people. Can’t wait for you all to see the crazy Becroft family in action… I wish you all a fruitfull week!! Now let’s tag our favorites!!#ebonylifefilms”.

The Chief Daddy was a star studded film which featured Nigeria celebrities like Falz, Ini Edo, Rachel Oniga, Shaffy Bello, Funke Akindele Bello,  Beverly Naya, Ihuma Linda Ejiofor, Joke Silva, Beverly Osu, Patience Ozokwo,  Nkem Owom, Kate Henshaw and may others.

The movie is still one of the top highest grossing move in Nigeria.
