Joseph Faduri accuses Iyabo Ojo of playing God
Yoruba actor, Joseph Faduri, has questioned why fellow colleague, Iyabo Ojo, didnot arrest her own rapists.
The actor berated her over her stance and support for Comedian Princess in the ongoing legal battle between her foster daughter and Baba Ijesha.
Baba Ijesha was arrested last month for defiling Princess minor foster daughter. The comedian in a bait to catch him, set him up in her house, leaving him and her daughter in the sitting room, meanwhile a CCTV camera had already been set up to record the molestation.
“He can never change”, Man accuses Baba Ijesha of being a pedophile
Since the news broke out, Iyabo Ojo has been very vocal and has led several online protest to call for the imprisonment of Baba Ijesha. When news broke out that the police were likely to release the actor, she paid a visit to the police station where baba Ijesha was reprimanded to ensure he doesn’t get the bail term. Her involvement in the ncidence has led many of her colleagues to take a swipe at her.
Faduri, is the latest to blast the actress, he questioned her actions as he believes she is a two timer for not also calling for the arrest of her rapists.
The actress had earlier revealed that she was raped 5 times by family relatives and exes but never had the courage to speak out.
According to the actor, Baba Ijesha committed a crime of molestation and not rape as opposed to what Princess had stated. He wondered why Ijesha’s case is different as he reminded Iyabo of her rape incidence. He berated her for not disclosing the names of her rapists who could possibly be a detriment to the society. If she couldn’t call out her own rapists, why then is she calling out Baba Ijesha.
Though he is not in support of what Baba Ijesha, he believes the actor deserves a second chance. He went on to urge Iyabo to allow the judiciary handle the case and admister fair justice.
