Nigeria Retaliates 1-0 Defeat To The Central African Republic With A 2-0 Victory In Doula

Nigeria defeated Central African Republic 2-0 on Sunday to avenge their 1-0 defeat.
The Wild Beasts stunned the three-time African champions at home on Thursday in a 2022 World Cup qualifying encounter.
Gernot Rohr’s players, on the other hand, made their superiority count at Douala, Cameroon, on Sunday.
Leon Balogun put the Super Eagles up early in the first half, and Victor Osimhen increased their lead shortly before halftime.
Osimhen’s effort was blocked on the line, preventing him from adding another goal.
With this victory, Nigeria maintains its lead in Group C with nine points from four games, while CAR has four points.
