Pastor Adeboye’s son, Dare Adeboye,is dead

The household of Nigerian most popular and influential clergyman, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, are currently mourning the demise of their son, brother, husband and father, Dare Adeboye.

The younger son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has been called to glory.

The young pastor who is aged 42 died in his sleep at his residence in Eket, Akwa Ibom State.

Dare was a life coach, visionary leader, motivational speaker and the first son if the General Overseer. He was happily married to  Temiloluwa Adeboye and they are blessed with two children who are girls.

According to reports, Pastor Dare had officiated on Sunday, May 2 and shown no sign of illness. He was neither sick nor taking any medication.

According to unconfirmed report, he retired to bed and told everyone not to disturb him. His wife who felt unusual for her husband to still be sleeping so late made several calls to his lines but he didnot pick up. Sensing something was wrong, she raised a alarm and he was found dead on his room.

His younger brother, Leke Adeboye reacted to the news by quoting a scripture from the Bible. The scripture which centers on death clearly state the reason why righteous men always dies, has they are taking away to be spared from the evils of men and the disaster happening around.

The scripture reads:

The righteous man perishes (at the hands of evil), and no one takes it to heart, Faithful and devout men are taken away, while no one understands. That the righteous person is taken away (to be spared) from evil and disaster”.
