US military leaders have written an open letter to President Joe Biden seeking clarification on the state of his mental health. The letter was released on Tuesday by the Generals.
The retired military officers who are more than 120 questioned their President as they make enquiry about his mental health.
The military leaders who call themselves ” Flag officers 4 America” released a letter questioning the 2020 election result. The letter which has been signed by 124 ex military officers also seeked answers to Joe Biden’s physical and mental health.
The Flag officers identified themselves as a group of retired military leaders who pledged to support and defend the Constitution of the US against all enemies, foreign and domestic”.
The open letter is set to aggravate a false conspiracy theory that the 2020 election was rigged and manipulation to favour Biden.
The letter says, “Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the ‘will of the people’ our Constitutional Republic is lost.
The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020”.
In the letter, the retired officers also inquired about the president’s health as they question his capability of ruling the country.
“The mental and physical condition of the Commander in Chief cannot be ignored. He must be able to quickly make accurate national security decisions involving life and limb anywhere, day or night”.
The Defense Department have refused to comment on their open letter.
Recall that throughout the 2020 election campaign, former President, Donald Trump had repeatedly questioned Biden’s mental healths and is capability to rule. He had always referred to his opponent as “Sleepy Joe”. He stated in March 2020, that there was “something going on” with his mental health.
In the beginning of the month, Biden’s personal doctor, Dr. Kevin O’Connor had released a report on the president’s health, calling him a “healthy, vigorous, 77 year old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency.
Biden has been declared the oldest serving US President in history, and the White House released a statement this week that the president will undergo a full checkup this year.
The signatories of the letter stated their names on it. Among them was Maj Gen. Joe Arbuckle who served in Vietnam and later commanded the US Army and Industrial Operations Command (IOC) at Rock Island, Illinois.
Other signatories includes Vice Adm. John Poindexter who was a convict during the Iran-Contra Affair.
Army Brig. gen Son Boiduc, who lost the Republican primary in 2020 to challenge Democratic Send. Jeanne Shaheen, and he is planning another Senate run.
“Retired Generals and admirals normally do not engage in political actions, but the situation facing our nation today’s dire.
We are facing threats greater than at any other time since our country was founded to remain silent would be dereliction of duty”.
